Social Communication and Mediation

By the twenty-first century interest grows in social communication issues, as it is becoming a trend to analyse the relationship with yourself and with another person. The knowledge of social communication creates preconditions for evaluation of their own personal capacities and communication skills. This module develops Social Communication and Mediation competencies, teach to initiate social communication models/patterns, how to manage social communication, and how to become social mediators of different social groups either at the individual or at the community levels. Training in Social Communication and Mediation is aimed at people who already have the fundamental base of knowledge and practical experience, therefore cognition of theoretical models is carried out by relating socio-cultural issues with the theoretical and practical examples.
