Aim of the project: to contribute to the regional policy objectives by transferring the Kingdom’s of Norway knowledge and best practices to authorities of the Republic of Lithuania and Lithuania’s municipal authorities, to promote their sustainable development, to strengthen the capacity and cooperation in the social sector, as well as social clustering between local and regional partners.

About the project/project implementation indicators

The project Promotion of Sustainable Development by Strengthening the Social Clustering in Public Sector contributes to the Programme results: to develop skills and competencies of employees of the the Republic of Lithuania and municipal institutions; improve the skills of Lithuanian governmental and municipal institutions’ employees in the area of human resources management – it is planned that various training events will be attended by over 720 participants and their satisfaction with various capacity building events will be not lower than 75 percent (in every project-related event a participant satisfaction survey will be conducted with the purpose to identify the number of participants, who rated the event as "good" or "very good").
